is a young female professional dance artist and Pilates instructor, evolving in the world of creation. Ivyana was born in Boston Massachusetts, raised in both Gary Indiana and Chicago Illinois. She graduated college in May 2022 from the University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC) where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance Performance and Choreography. In the beginning of 2025, Ivyana received her certification in Pilates Matwork and Reformer after 20+ weeks of intense training. 

Ivyana is a dedicated artist, who is passionate about exploring her gifts through various avenues. Avenues such as performing, choreographing, directing, filmmaking, and being a Pilates instructor.

Ivyana has found beauty in connecting /reconnecting people to movement through Pilates. She finds that through

strength training in an exercise form such as Pilates takes great discipline and displays huge results.

​​The goal is to get people moving, connected to their movement based passions such as dance, running, gardening, playing, and being proud of their bodies, etc. Ivyana aspires to bridge the gap that people carry as a reason for inactivity. Whether it’s due to age, stress, back pain, lack of time, loss of momentum, no confidence, the list goes on.

Through her comprehensive Pilates Instructor Training in 2024-25 with Breathe Education, Ivyana realized that Pilates is more than a form of exercise. Pilates is a lifestyle that gets and keeps people on track to a healthy life with a healthy body. 

As a dancer, marrying both Pilates and dance create such a beautiful harmony of life that Ivyana deeply enjoys. Pilates instills courage because it sharpens one to become muscularly and mentally strong with ease. Dance allows one to feel alive, explore internal expression, build great endurance, be honest, and vulnerable. Ivyana feels through dance and Pilates practice she feels most like herself and most connected to God. With a strong body, comes much confidence to achieve the life one wants to live!
