10 day Total Body Pilates Mat Challenge, starting September 8th! Designed to ignite the strength of your CORE. Giving life into your body through Pilates exercises. Through layered formatting you will listen to your body, feel what it needs, and most importantly choose your challenge.
This 10 day challenge encourages you to make a way to get your session in no matter how busy your schedule is. You'll work to keep going and even have a support system of members who are currently in the challenge or have completed the challenge to cheer you on, give advice, or share their experience.
